Let’s make an easy FOUR ingredient Halloween lunch together! These ghost pizza bagels are great for school lunchboxes and cannot be easier to make.

All you do is dollop marinara onto mini whole wheat bagel halves, press a ghost cookie cutter into a block of mozzarella, and lay the ghosts on top. Five minutes in a 350F oven is all they need — and that number matters. Leave them any longer and the cheese spreads and your ghost turns into a blob. Two olive slices for eyes at the end, and they’re done.

Utensils Used
Ingredients
2 mini whole wheat bagels, sliced in half
 2 tbsp marinara sauce
 1 block mozzarella cheese
 1 tsp olive slices
1

Preheat the oven to 350F.

2

Take your sliced bagels and dollop some marinara sauce on top.

3

Using your cookie cutter, make ghost shapes in your mozzarella cheese and place on top of the marinara sauce.

4

Put bagels in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Make sure not to overcook or the ghost shape will not hold.

5

Add olive slices for eyes, and enjoy!
