Bear-y Yummy Whole-Grain Waffles

 1 cup all-purpose flour
 ¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour
 ½ cup sprouted oats
 1 tbsp brown coconut sugar
 1 tbsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 2 cups milk of choice (oat/dairy/nut)
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
 Blueberries and sliced bananas for decorating

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.

Whisk together the milk, eggs, and oil in a separate bowl.

Whisk wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Preheat waffle maker. Pour 1 cup batter onto the center of the bottom grid. Close top and flip waffle maker. Bake until brown, about 4 minutes.

Decorate waffle with fruit if desired.
