Snickers Banana Bites

These 5 ingredient bite-sized banana bites will be your new go-to whenever you need something sweet! When bananas are frozen, they have a magical way of becoming creamy like ice cream. Topped with peanut butter and chocolate, we finished these babies off with peanuts for a Snickers touch.

1 medium banana, peeled and cut into 1" thick pieces
¼ cup natural peanut butter (not too oily otherwise it won't get a thick consistency)
 ½ cup chocolate chips
 ½ tsp coconut oil
 ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
 Toothpicks
1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Lay your banana coins on the parchment paper.

3

Using a spoon, add a dollop of peanut butter on top. Insert a toothpick into the center and freeze while you prepare the chocolate.

4

In a small bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil together.

5

Dip your banana coin into the chocolate and swirl around. Place on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Repeat for the rest of the banana pieces.

6

Freeze for 15+ minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!

** Store leftovers in the freezer
