Fruit + Granola Yogurt Popsicles

With the back-to-school season upon us, I wanted to share a favorite after-school treat that also doubles as a snack activity to make with the kids! 🍡 Made with fiber-rich fruit, sweet crunchy granola, and creamy Greek yogurt, this snack is as nutritious as it is yummy.

Products We Used
Ingredients
 2 cups Greek yogurt
 5 tbsp pure maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 Handful of blueberries
 Handful of raspberries
 Handful of sliced strawberries
 Banana, sliced
 Handful of granola
1

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

2

Sprinkle fruit +granola into a popsicle mold. Pour yogurt blend on top and alternate adding fruit/granola and adding yogurt. Ensure that the yogurt mix fills all the crevices of the popsicle mold evenly but gently banging the popsicle mold down to make room for more toppings.

3

Freeze for 8 hours or until hardened. Enjoy!
