But what’s the gift protocol if the frog found the afikomen? 🤔
Artificial dye free, gf, vegan 🌱
2 strawberries, stems removed
1 cup white chocolate, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
2 drops plant-based green food color
8 mini vegan marshmallows
2 mini chocolate chips
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take your strawberries and place on facing up so the point is in the air. Take the other, cut in half, and lay down so the point is at top. Using a spoon, cover both in green chocolate.
2Take mini marshmallows and attach them to the upper part of the strawberry (as show in the tutorial). Take 2 mini chocolate chips and dab a little chocolate on the bottom, then stick them onto the marshmallows for eyeballs.
3Position 6 marshmallows on the bottom strawberry so they resemble arms and legs (watch tutorial for exact positioning) Two on either side of the strawberry (4 in total) and then another 2 on top. Using a spoon, cover them carefully in green chocolate.
4Take a piece of matzah and break it into a tiny square. Place it on the upper 2 mini marshmallows.
5Using melted semi-sweet chocolate, draw a nose and mouth on the frog face. We decorated cheeks and a tongue with pink dye-free sprinkles.
6Place in the freezer for 15 minutes so the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
