Can you guess what 2 secret ingredients are hidden under that heart? šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

šŸ“± Before anything, bookmark this page so you have it for Valentine’s Day!!

šŸ’• Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about chocolate especially on Valentine’s Day. But what if we could increase the nutritional value of those chocolates without sacrificing flavor?

šŸ“ These strawberry pops are chocolate dipped yet have vitamin C from the strawberries and protein + healthy fat from the peanut butter hidden inside.

Utensils Used
Ingredients
Ā 6 oz chocolate chipsMelt with 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Ā 6 oz white chocolate chipsMelt with 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Ā Strawberries
 ½ cup natural peanut butter
1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Wash and dry your strawberries. Take a paring knife and cut the stem off. Slice the strawberry vertically into 2 pieces. Cut a "v" into the top of the strawberry pieces to shape it as a heart.

3

Add peanut butter to the center of the hearts and place a popsicle stick in the middle. Freeze for 5 min to secure the stick.

4

Melt both your white and milk chocolates in separate bowls. Add red coloring to the white chocolate to make it pink.

5

Dip your strawberry pops into the chocolate. Decorate with chocolate drizzles, sprinkles, or writing. Freeze for 5 min til the chocolate hardens, and enjoy!
