2 cups yogurt, divided (if non-dairy, we use coconut yogurt... if dairy, we use Greek yogurt)
2 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
12 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (depending how strong you want the chocolate flavor)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup strawberries, chopped, plus more for chunks throughout the popsicle (can be frozen or fresh)

In a blender, mix 1 cup yogurt with 1/2 cup strawberries. Pour into each popsicle mold about halfway. Add in some cut strawberries if desired. Store in freezer while you prepare next step.

In a blender, mix 1 cup yogurt with maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Pour into popsicle molds and mix in the rest of the cut up strawberries if desired, being sure to not mix into the strawberry layer.

Put the popsicle sticks into their molds.

Freeze overnight and enjoy!
