3 cups brown rice crisp cereal
¾ cup almond butter
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp liquid coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine sea salt
1 cup chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except your chocolate. Lay flat in an 8x8 silicone baking tray. To make it perfectly flat, you can lay a piece of parchment paper on top and use a glass to flatten everything down evenly.

In a small saucepan, melt your chocolate. Pour over your rice crispy mixture and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from tray, cut into slices, and enjoy!
