Zombie Fingers

As Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, we go all out with even the simplest of snacks. It’s important for me that our kids have a healthy relationship with food, so I find it’s always easy to get them to eat healthy if I make it fun in the kitchen. These snacks take just a few minutes to assemble, are super simple, and get Liv & Sawyer excited for snack time (and Halloween!!).

 Mozzarella cheese sticks
 Cream cheese or hummus
 Mini sweet peppers

Cut a mozzarella cheese stick in half

Use a pairing knife to make indentations for the “finger” wrinkles

Cut out finger nails from mini sweet peppers

Attach with a dab of cream cheese or hummus. Enjoy!
