Slice all tomatoes in half the long way.
In a large bowl. combine sliced tomatoes, avocado cubes, and mozzarella pearls.
In a small bowl, whisk together oile oil, lemon juice, and sea salt. Whisk until the dressing becomes a milky yellow color.
Pour dressing over tomato salad and toss to combine.
Add parsley, basil, oregano, and sea salt. Toss again to combine and enjoy!
