S’mores Cheesecake Ice Cream

🍨 We knew we had to try the viral cottage cheese ice cream trend but leveled it up with chunks of graham crackers, vegan marshmallows, and chocolate chips. This recipe is simple yet deliciously indulgent. Half the ingredients are thrown in a blender and the other half are just mixed in. So much cleaner than store bought ice cream. No fillers, artificial flavors, or food dyes. Just sweet creamy indulgence. You have to try it!

 Freezable Ice Cream Container
Ice Cream Base Ingredients
 15 oz cottage cheese
  cup pure maple syrup
 ¼ tsp salt
Ice Cream Mix-Ins
 ½ cup almond butter
 4 graham cracker sheets
 ½ cup mini vegan marshmallows
 ½ cup chocolate chips

In a blender, blend together the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and salt.

Pour into a freezable ice cream container. Add in the almond butter. Crush the graham crackers and sprinkle into the mix. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Swirl into the mixture.

Freeze for 3 hours. When ready to eat, defrost for 15+ minutes to soften or until it's creamy enough to scoop easily. Enjoy!
