Breakfast-for-Lunch Box: Overnight Oats Bear & Fruit Stars

Overnight oats are the one breakfast that improves by sitting in a box for six hours, which makes them oddly well suited to lunch.

The oats are banana peanut butter, with a bear face built from sliced banana and blueberries. Beside them: Greek yogurt stirred with maple syrup, vanilla and dye-free sprinkles, fruit cut into stars, chocolate peanut butter rice crispy rolls and cinnamon churro protein stix.

Build the bear face on the yogurt layer, not the oats. Oats keep absorbing overnight and the face sinks by morning.
