Preheat oven to 425F.
Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with oil and spices. Toss with your bare hands, or with a pastry brush. Ensure all sweet potatoes are spread out in an even layer and are not on top of one another.
Bake for 25 minutes tossing gently after 15 min.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
