
Preheat oven to 350F.
Roll premade cookie dough into balls and place in the non-stick mini muffin tins.
Place tin in oven and bake for 10 minutes, making sure to under-bake the cookie (otherwise it becomes too crunchy).
Once the tin comes out of the oven, immediately put mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the center of each cookie, pressing down.
Put tray in freezer until chocolate hardens (it'll start to melt once it hits the hot cookie dough).
Once cool, pop your Reese's cookies out of the trays and serve. Enjoy!
