One skillet, and the pasta pot is the only other thing to wash. The salmon cooks in garlic oil with dill and paprika, then parsley, Parmesan and butter go in around it and turn into the sauce.
Time the pasta so it lands in the skillet while everything is still hot. This isn’t a sauce that waits well.
The paprika is doing more work than it looks like. Without it this reads as buttered pasta with fish in it.

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once at a rolling boil, generously salt the water then add the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
Heat the garlic oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, dill, and paprika, and cook in the hot oil 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until tender enough to break apart. Break salmon into cubes with a spatula or fork. Mix in the garlic and lemon juice. Continue cooking until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
Mix the parsley, Parmesan cheese, and butter into the skillet, and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes, until well mixed.
Pour the pasta into the skillet and mix well. Enjoy!
