Loaded Raspberry Pops

These FOUR ingredient pops come together in minutes and have crave-worthy layers made of indulgent chocolate, fresh juicy raspberries, protein- rich creamy peanut butter, and calcium rich Greek yogurt. My kids love when I make this for an after-school snack because they're so delicious and everything is more fun on a popsicle stick!

 1 cup chocolate, melted with 1/2 tsp coconut oil so it melts smoother
 ½ cup raspberries
 ½ cup natural peanut butter
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 Popsicle sticks

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay popsicle sticks down and spread 1 tbsp chocolate in a circular motion at the top of the popsicle stick.

Place your raspberries on top of the chocolate in a single row.

Add a tbsp peanut butter on top, followed by a tbsp Greek yogurt.

Cover with another tbsp melted chocolate.

Freeze for 15+ minutes, and enjoy!
