Preheat oven to 450F. In a large Pyrex, lay down your broccoli florets and drizzle with avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
Cut your raw chicken into bite size chunks. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub mixture into chicken so it's completely coated.
Spread a thin layer of hummus over the chicken and lay them down over the broccoli florets. Drizzle chicken and broccoli with lemon juice.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
