Take a mozzarella string cheese and cut it into thirds.
Use kitchen food scissors to cut the fringes for the broom, leaving some space on top that isn’t cut.
Tie the chive around the top part of the cheese that hasn’t been fringed. Cut off the remaining long ends of the chive once tied.
Stick a pretzel stick gently into the top of the cheese. Make sure not to push too hard or the cheese will split open. Enjoy!
