Cinnamon Raisin Energy Bites

 1 cup pitted dates
 ½ cup cashews
 ¼ cup cashew butter
 ¼ cup coconut flour
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp flaxseed
 Handful of mini dark chocolate chips
 Handful of raisins

In a food processor, combine all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips and raisins) and process until well chopped.


Take the blade out of the bowl and toss in the chocolate chips and raisins. With your hands, or a large spoon, mix until well combined.


Create 1' balls with your hands or a cookie dough scoop and put in fridge on a parchment lined plate to harden. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
