Cilantro-Lime Steak Fajitas

 1 tbsp avocado oil (we use Primal Kitchen)
 1 lb skirt steak
 large yellow onion sliced into strips
 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
 Whole wheat organic tortillas
Steak Marinade
 Juice of 1 lime
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ JalapeƱo pepper chopped
 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
 Sea salt

Whisk all marinade ingredients together and let the steak soak in the marinade for an hour or longer. Once the time is up, drain the marinade from the meat.


Heat a pan and sear the steak in oil to your liking


In a separate pan, sear the onions first (I like these more well done) and then add in the peppers


Slice the meat across the grain into thin slices and combine with the vegetables.


Stuff some warm tortillas and enjoy!
