Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan on low heat, combine the white chocolate with coconut oil and melt until smooth.
Take your apple corer and make a hole in the center of your apple, removing the core.
Slice your apple into rings.
Dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate.
For the dreidel donut, insert half a pretzel stick into a mini marshmallow. Dip a chocolate chip into the remaining white chocolate and "glue" it to the marshmallow to make it resemble a dreidel. Repeat 3 times and decorate the apple slice with 4 dreidels.
For the gelt donut, place chocolate gelt on top of the chocolate apple slice. Sprinkle with golden sugar.
For the Jewish pride donut, add blue and white sprinkles.
For the raspberry chia jam donut, take the raspberries and mash them in a bowl. Add the chia seeds and mix. Spread on the apple slice and drizzle with remaining white chocolate. Enjoy!
