Caramelized Banana Breakfast Tortilla

 1 Sprouted grain tortilla (we use Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9)
 Avocado oil
 1 Banana, sliced
 Sprinkle of vanilla coconut sugar (we use Big Tree Farms)
 Sunflower seed butter/any nut butter (we use Once Again)
 Granola (we use Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp granola)

In a small skillet, heat avocado oil. Saute sliced bananas on a low flame. Sprinkle a dash of vanilla coconut sugar and cook until bananas are caramelized.


Spread nut butter on tortilla. Layer with the caramelized bananas. Fold in half and return to the skillet.


Heat until one side is browned and flip. Repeat process so both sides are toasted.


Drizzle tortilla with nut butter and sprinkle with granola. Enjoy!
