Funfetti Cake Batter Bites π. An easy snack activity to make with the kids, these NO-BAKE energy bites taste like cookie dough but are made with clean ingredients like gluten-free oats, superfood seeds (flax, chia, and hemp), nut butter, and pure maple syrup.
Great for fine motor skills (the kids LOVE rolling the batter into little balls), itβs also a great confidence booster for kids to create their own snacks from start to finish.
(#sponsored) Recently we started sprinkling in some vanilla whey protein powder from @happywayau to add an extra energy boost to our snack time. Made with antioxidant rich chia seeds and psyllium husk for intestinal health, this protein powder can also help reduce stress and fatigue levels.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes so it's easier to roll.
Roll into balls (if too sticky, I find it's helpful to roll with sightly wet hands).
Can eat right away, or store in fridge (my personal preference so that the balls harden a bit) or freezer (and can eat without defrosting!). Enjoy!
